Overfitting journey过拟合之旅
Three stops in the districts exercise. Each link opens the same 24 districts with the bend already set. Draw a new set of districts before you treat one curve as the poster plan. Reset returns the bend to 3 and the jumpiness to 0.3.在这 24 个区的练习里停三站。每个链接打开同一批区，弯曲已经设好。先再抽一批区，再把一条曲线当成贴海报的方案。恢复默认会把弯曲放回 3，把分数的跳动放回 0.3。

The pattern of who is willing to come bends, and the line is not allowed to. Compare this year’s error with next year’s.“谁更愿意来”的那条起伏是弯的，这条线不允许弯。比较今年偏了多少、明年偏了多少。

This year’s error can fall while next year’s stays large. Part of the curve may leave the window. The two error numbers still count those districts. One set of 24 districts does not guarantee that more bend first helps and then hurts.今年的误差可以下降，明年的误差仍然大。曲线的一部分可能跑出窗口。两个误差仍然把那些区算进去。一批 24 个区不能保证：弯得更多会先有帮助，然后有害。
